Please take the time to read through this information carefully. Please note that by making an appointment with Fabulous Relaxer you are agreeing to these, our Terms & Conditions.
You also agree to attend the appointment you have booked.

Appointment Bookings:

You can make an appointment with Fabulous Relaxer in a number of ways including via our website, telephone, text or email. We recommend you book treatments and packages in advance as demand is high.
To fulfil your booking request and avoid delays, Fabulous Relaxer requires accurate contact details such as full name, email address and telephone number of the treatment recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Payments:

Fabulous Relaxer accepts payments either by PayPal through our website or by cash on arrival. Our clients can also make bank payments. Contact us for our bank details.
Should you wish to add a treatment:

Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the treatments commence to relax and enjoy the surroundings. If clients are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length
​
of the scheduled treatment. Once booked, all treatmentѕ are non- transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that there can be occasions that require you to cancel treatments and packages. As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms:
24 hours Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will incur a charge of £ 40 fee. This is because we may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover rental charges, travelling and other relevant costs.
Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions.
Late Arrivals:
It is important that our agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. We appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but we cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.
Special Offers and Promotional Events and Voucher Offers:
In the event of changes/amends being made to bookings relating to Promotions and Special Events, All special offers and promotional events are subject to availability. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Full payment required upon booking which is non-refundable. Offer not available to packages already booked. If there are any treatments included in the special offer or promotional event the treatments cannot be amended, upgraded or transferred. Once a date has been booked the date cannot be amended, if you are unable to attend the booking for any reason the full payment will charged.
All package items are non-transferable between guests.
Please note that individual treatments booked in addition to your Promotions and Special Events, will become part of your package and be liable to the same terms and conditions.
Modification of Services and Prices:
We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
Treatment Times:
Treatment times are scheduled on the day of arrival. Once a client has checked into Fabulous Relaxer, treatment times are strictly non exchangeable/refundable in light of the client not arriving for a treatment/unable to attend the treatment. On all packages, all services must be taken on the original booking date and no option is available to credit treatments/services to future dates in the event of the client not partaking of all the services included in the package booked.
Treatment Requests:
Please be aware that it is not always possible to schedule treatment times at the same time as other members of your party and we try to accommodate guest requests for specific treatment times, these cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.
Etiquette:
As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the ambience of the Spa we request that clients switch off their mobile phones at all times within the waiting area as well as the treatment room. The place is entirely non-smoking.
Smoking, excessive noise or disturbance and mobile phones:
We kindly request all guests to respect other users by refraining from the use of mobile phones. Please keep noise to an agreeable level throughout the treatment facility. In this way, all our guests will be able to enjoy the facilities in a convivial and stress free atmosphere.
We reserve the right to ask any guest or group of guests to leave the premises if they are disturbing other users of the facilities.
Valuables:
No responsibility can be accepted by Fabulous Relaxer for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the treatment room. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. Fabulous Relaxer will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our guests.
Children:
Due to the active nature of the products, the users must be a minimum age of 16 years. Infants, toddlers and under 16 years old are nоt accepted in the treatment room. To maintain the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere we respectfully request that you do not bring young children when you arrive, depart, or enter the premises to make a booking or purchase vouchers.
